This week I hope to use these great videos from extreme athletes and GoPro to teach some URHB. I would love to kyak, but with my vocal cords and airway I will never get close to this type of situation. I can experience some of what he must feel as I watch him go over the falls. How does this apply to my life? First of all, I need to know what I love to do. If I'm in touch with that I can discipline myself to learn, train, practice, and perfect my technique for that one moment - where it all comes together. Can I do this? Can you?
